This supplier has been the most frustrating experience I’ve had in business. First, they ignored clear instructions and photos and stitched the patch for my grappling shorts on the outside — a massive, obvious error. Then the rash guards finally arrived after months of delays, and 10 out of 35 were defective. Stitching didn’t cover the seams, white thread exposed, and the fabric was damaged. These are not minor cosmetic issues — these are serious quality flaws that make the products unsellable under a premium fightwear brand. I was promised multiple quality control checks and told any defective items would be remade or refunded. That was a complete lie. Now they refuse to take responsibility and offer a laughable refund, acting like the defects don’t matter. If you value your brand, time, or sanity — stay far away from this supplier. Horrible communication, poor workmanship, constant excuses. Absolutely not worth the risk.
